before knowing easyiot i built a similar project only using arduinos pro-mini (very hard work).
i made some interesting sensors, like anemometer and pluviometer from scratch (DIY), that can be interesting to port in easyiot.
unfortunately, i dont know yet easyiot framework to make the porting, but i would be glad to share my project for this purpose.

You can add custom sensors - use existing sensor type and replace sensor image and texts.
