MySensor repeater nodes?

Hi. I didn't test repeater node, because I'm not using it. Be careful to one thing. If repeater is without gw.present it will not be added to server. Add gw.present(0, S_DOOR); to Setup and add node to server. You must see node in node list (check in remove node button list).
I will not work after node is added see debug in console and Arduino side.
