I have purchased 2 of the New Raspberry Pi to NRF24l01+ Shield from the store. The description mentions that it will work on the RPi2. But, aren't the header pins different for GPIO between the RPi and RPi2?

First 26 pins are the same on RPI and RPI2, so you can use the same shield.
