In Web interface you can login with username or email and password. In mobile application you can login only with username and password. Maybe your this is problem.
You can see username at the top left corner of WEB appication when you are logged in.

Ok, it seems this is not the reason.
Can you email me your username and password and we will check? Later you can change password.

Admin edit: never post your username/password

It's working, but your username is not with capital letter.
