MQTT message is showing topic and payload :(

Hello.

Currently prototyping on Windows Node-Red talking to a Modbus PLC via serial.
Coms between devices is Good.
When i send a payload to the Easy cloud it also has the topic shown.
Is there any way i can just reduce this to the raw value only.
I have attached a picture. As per the picture the message should just display 113 c.
I'm not a coder and have only just stepped into the world of IOT.
Please advise how i can repair this.
