I have exactly the same problem here, and have noticed that i have to manually start the server (sudo mono /home/easyiot/EasyIoT.exe) every time i try to use it. It seems like the server stops running periodically.
Also, I've added an entry in rc.local to run the server on each boot, but this simply doesn't happen.
This is a very powerful little tool, if issues like this can be overcome. What are we missing?

Hi Mkcinek,
I had the same error and I replace the file in configuration file MysensorsConfig.xml and now MyRPi is working!
Thanks

"Maybe problem is in configuration file MysensorsConfig.xml. There's field named ChildNodeTable consisting routing table. If this table is shortened it can lead to problems like this...
Try to use original MysensorsConfig.xml file. "
