SQLite and timestamp was created by kindr

Hi to All ,
I have a question which format is the timestamp (I assumed that unixepoch , but he 's not ?) entry in the table raw_values

Time is in unixepoch * 1000 -> number of milliseconds between a specified date and midnight January 1 1970.
