If you asking if EayIoT ESP8266 Arduino library can run on this board, then answer is no, because it uses ESP8266 AT commands. I guess it can be used as usual usual web client connected to EasyIoT server and sending commands - similar as ESP8266 Arduino IDE examples. But price is really high - 35$. You can get 10-12 ESP8266 modules on eBay for this price.
