Server not working after reboot

Ok i downloaded the Image and flashed it to my Pi.At first i could set up the gpio Pins I wanted to use, but after a reboot the server was still there and i was able to switch the pins on and off but in real life, nothing happened. After i deleted the complete easyiot forder and replaced it with a new one i was again able to switch the outputs. After another reboot i still could not switch my pins. I again put the script to init.d and set up the permission as in the tutorial, but still no luck. The console output displays the exact same thing all the time, so there are no errors to report

I dont know if this is a similar issue to mine. But every time I reboot and I am using the GPIO's I have to edit the RPiGPIOConfig.xml file. I have to change any pins I was using to false in the file to get it to work again.
