Hi Moderator: I set-up an account...I want to work in the cloud for concept testing. First the site says ...did you enter the right credentials...login failed...so I try to reset password....it says I need to wait 24 hours no matter how long I wait.... I cannot enter the cloud program. Can you check my account or help me get to resolution?

Please help.

My user name is ahanudel.... I am not comfortable presenting my password in an open forum. Can you reset my account or delete me completely...so I can start all over?
