Try:
System.Threading.Thread.Sleep(100);

time is in ms.

i have another problem with the cron settings...
it doesnt work for me when i want to execute my automation every 5 min

0 0/5 * * * ?

someone know how to fix that?

Try 0 0/5 * * *.
Question mark in user interface is misleading - I will remove it in next release.
