You have set speed to 1 MBs for the MySensor driver. I assume you have changed that too for the server? (also in MyConfig.h). What happens if you change both to 250 Kbps?

@HarryDutch You called it. After reading your previous advice I noticed that while I was correct in that 76 is the default channel despite seeing in documentation that default speed was 1Mbs my config.h had 250 Kbps changing EasyIOT to use the same solved the problem.
My first sensor is now connected
