Not sure if either of these is possible because my programming skills are lacking, but would it be possible to integrate Easy IoT with either IFTTT or Pushbullet?

Yes you can do it in Automation. You have couple of examples on forum how to call http (HttpGet function) in automation.

i am using IFTTT to turn on switch with rain tomorrow.

The key for this s "MAKER" component the call in IFTTT is:

http://admin:test@ip:port/Api/EasyIoT/Control/Module/Virtual/N3S0/ControlOn/

method : HEAD.
