Build a module?

I have been looking through the EasyIot pages for days now, and feel silly that I cannot find instructions on how to build a very simple module with an ESP8266 and an LED or Relay or any simple single wire digital output controlled thru the EasyIot. I now have the server up and running under Windows 7, with a very nice DS18B20 temperature input, but I really need to find out how to build some output modules to control things Where can I find this?

That link is close to what I need, but it is an input to the server. To be more clear, I should have mentioned an output from server, and that I prefer to use the Arduino IDE for programming (also no Arduino). I have now found this: iot-playground.com/2-uncategorised/40-es...y-switch-arduino-ide :) I was not able to see that without your help, thanks! (The link wasn't there yesterday, I'm sure ;) ) This should work fine.
