ERROR compiling sketch for esp8266 was created by GABRIELISCOMING

message error:
warning: espcomm_sync failed
error: espcomm_open failed
error: espcomm_upload_mem failed
error: espcomm_upload_mem failed

i have switch to the 3.3v power supply, put it as flash mode under this picture:https://cdn.instructables.com/FM0/SPBG/IAHPB5TM/FM0SPBGIAHPB5TM.MEDIUM.jpg?width=614

code i am using is ESP8266_PIR_sensor_REST.ino under EIoTCloudRestApi folder of this website:
github.com/iot-playground/EasyIoT-Cloud/...ter/EIoTCloudRestApi

if anybody can help, ill be grateful to them ty

It looks like ESP8266 is not connected to FDTI USB correctly. Or in Arduino IDE is not selected correct COM port.
