We released EasyIoT Cloud Android application.
Free application is available on Google Play.
With app. you can monitor and control your IoT devices. Just enter your EasyIoT Cloud username and password in settings (register to EasyIoT Cloud before).
Currently historical charts are not supported. Here are some screenshots.

I would like to let anyone to control an IOT device connected to the internet by using a direct link.

Not at the moment. Now is main focus on cloud version...
